Sight-in days will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays, on Oct. 11-12, Oct. 18-19, and Nov. 1-2 at the Durango Gun Club on La Posta Road.
La Plata Electric Association will fund sight-in days at the Durango Gun Club Outdoor Range.

Sight-in days are open to the general public and hunters for rifle scope sighting.
LPEA has contributed money to cover costs incurred by the club. In 2017, 324 hunters with 420 rifles took advantage of the service.
Durango Gun Club staff members and volunteer club members will answer questions, provide assistance and do minor firearms repair. Donations to the club are welcomed, but no payment is required.
