Starting Monday, the city of Durango’s Utilities Department will start replacing water service valves along College Drive.
This capital improvement project will cause lane closures between Fourth Street and Sixth Street along College Drive while construction crews are working in the right-of-way.
Replacing valves will also cause periodic interruptions of water service to residents in the immediate area. The project is expected to last into early December. Drivers are encouraged to use caution and use detours if possible.
