A groundbreaking will be held for the new Veterans Memorial Park in Pagosa Springs at 1 p.m. Monday, May 29.
The event, at 22 Vista Blvd., is free and open to the public.
The park’s board of directors is hosting the event, in coordination with Archuleta County, Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association and members on the organizing committee.
