La Plata County Clerk and Recorder Tiffany Lee Parker will speak at a virtual meeting of the Rotary Club of Durango about the processes and protections for the November election at 6 p.m. Tuesday via Zoom.
The talk will include key dates, alternatives for casting votes and securing the election in the county and state. Parker will also share her perspectives on election security nationally and dependency on the United States Postal Service.
