Telluride beat Bayfield 5-1 on Saturday in Telluride in the Wolverines’ penultimate game of the regular season.
According to MaxPreps.com, Bayfield High School freshman Grant Pierce scored the Wolverines’ lone goal.
Telluride improved to 10-2.
Bayfield is 1-12 this season.
BHS will finish its regular season at 4 p.m. Thursday at Pagosa Springs.
