Durango Herald Facebook reader Bob Lanese submitted this week’s winning Caption This! headline: “So you’re not buying my ‘diplomatic immunity,’ officer?”
The second-place caption was, “Two-hour per-king meter” from reader Vinny Licciardi.
This week’s photo was sent by John Iwanicki, who took a picture of a Burger King crown sitting at the base of a parking meter in the east 100 block of 13th Street.
