The Early Childhood Council of La Plata County will offer a 48-hour training, approved by Colorado Department of Human Resources, for child care providers and early-childhood educators who work with children ages three and younger Jan. 17 through May 9.
Trainings will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Early Childhood Council Training Center, 130 Rock Point Drive.
Cost is $40; space is limited.
Registration deadline is Dec. 31.
