Alpine Bank and Durango Chamber of Commerce will host a free shredding day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 24 in the Town Plaza parking lot, between Rite Aid and Wagon Wheel Liquors.
Businesses and residents will have the opportunity to shred documents. Staples and paper clips do not need to be removed.
Donations can be made in support of Durango Nature Studies.
Participants of Shred Day will be limited to four boxes of documents to shred.
