After doing very well in the Southwest Colorado Regional Knowledge Bowl meet in January, and placing second at the Colorado State Knowledge Bowl meet in March, our team was invited to and will be attending the National Academic Championship in Washington D.C. from May 31 to June 5.
We are very excited about this incredible opportunity! In order to make this a reality, we are trying to raise money to help defray the costs of the trip. We have worked concessions at basketball and baseball games as one way to earn money. We are also asking for donations from the community. We don't have programs or other types of printed material to display the names of the wonderful individuals and businesses who are able to help us, but you will have our loyalty and heartfelt thanks.
