A Thanksgiving church service will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Church of Christian Science, 1166 East Third Ave.
The service will include readings of the presidential proclamation, the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.
The event is free and open to all, with child care available.
