Region 9 Economic Development District recently named Shawn Gregory, founder of the Cortez-based Tuffy Security Products, to its Business Loan Fund Committee as a Montezuma County representative.
Gregory founded Tuffy Security Products at 19, has created additional small businesses with patents and registered trademarks, and promotes trail systems in Montezuma County with the U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management.
