Thrive! Living Wage Coalition to host activist for three-day event

Thrive! Living Wage Coalition will hold its education program

The program includes three events featuring author and activist Chuck Collins.

Fort Lewis College’s Life-Long Learning Lecture Series will co-host “Reversing Inequality: What is the Path Forward” from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 4 at the Student Union Ballroom. Collins will present “Born on Third Base: Engaging Wealth and Power to Reverse Inequality” from 1 to 2 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive, in Bayfield. Collins will present “Inequality and the Beloved Community: A Faithful Response to Extreme Wealth Inequality” from 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Durango, 419 San Juan Drive. A light meal will follow. All events are free and open to the public.
