The Durango Elks Lodge Veterans Committee, Bo Dean’s Towing and Durango Muffler and Brake is giving away a two-door, front-wheel-drive car to a veteran in need.
Applications are available at: the Elks Lodge, 901 East Second Ave.; Bo Dean’s Towing, 20909 U.S. Highway 160; and Durango Muffler and Brake, 1502 Main Ave.
Applications are due June 1 at the Elks Lodge.
The giveaway, open to all, will occur from 1 to 4 p.m. June 9 at the Elks Lodge and feature a fish dinner. Cost to attend is free for veterans, $10 for adult non-veterans and $5 for children 12 and younger.
Proceeds go to the Elks Veterans Committee.
