Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors recently hired Heather Erb as sales manager.
Erb has extensive sales experience, served as president at Durango Association of Realtors and Colorado Real Estate Network, and received the Realtor of the Year Award in 2011. She worked as a managing broker at Durango Mountain Realty before being hired by Coldwell Banker.
