The Durango/La Plata Senior Center will host an “Introduction to iPad/iPhone” class at 1 p.m. Tuesday and a “More iPad/iPhone” class at 1 p.m. Thursday at the center, 2424 Main Ave.
The introduction class will start from the basics and work up. Participants will learn iPad/iPhone navigation skills, how settings can make things more “friendly,” how to not waste power or data, and other information to help understand and enjoy the device.
The class about more ways to use Apple devices will explore tips, techniques, apps and more. Participants will spend time working with the camera app, photo editing and sharing photos. It is not necessary to have taken the other classes. This is for all users. The class will cover basics as well as skills for the experienced user.
These are Apple iPad and iPhone classes. Other phones and tablets will not be covered. Have an Apple ID ready.
