Liberal outrage absent on other hacking

On Jan. 6, James Clapper, the director of national intelligence, said he had a very high level of confidence that Russia hacked the Democratic Party and campaign staff emails. There has been continuous outrage from the left, the president and mainstream media ever since this hacking possibility became public knowledge.

Strangely enough, the following federal hacks have occurred since 2014:

Dept. of Health and Human Services (Aug. 2014) White House (Oct. 2014)National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency (Nov. 2014) U.S. Postal Service (Nov. 2014) Dept. of State (Nov. 2014) Federal Aviation Administration, (April 2015) Dept. of Defense (April 2015) St. Louis Fed. Reserve (May 2015) IRS (May 2015)U.S. Army (June 2015)Office of Personal Management (June 2015) Census Bureau (July 2015)Pentagon (Aug. 2015) Where was the collective outrage when these hacks placed us all at risk? It wasn’t politically convenient for the president, the liberal left or the mainstream media. Now that they have lost the election, selective outrage is politically convenient.

It is my understanding that much of Clapper’s information has come from the Russian media. Clapper readily admits that Putin probably did not affect the election results, but he did cause chaos which was more than likely his only intent, based on his track record in Europe.
