Durango Photography Club will hold a demonstration by member Jerry Baumann about how to use software to combine multiple photographs at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Pine Room at La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave.
Baumann, who won the club’s annual member competition in February with his composite image “Blood Moon of the Ancients,” will teach participants to use Adobe programs Lightroom and Photoshop to create a composite image and control visual elements, such as lighting, color, contrast and scale.
A friendly, critique-optional image-sharing and discussion will be offered after the presentation, and attendees can bring a USB drive with up to three recent photographs.
The meeting is free and open to all.
