Durango Chapter of Take Off the Pounds Sensibly will meet 9 a.m. Wednesday at Durango/La Plata Senior Center, 2424 Main Ave.
The topic of the meeting will be the Mediterranean diet. Nicole Clark, RD, from La Plata County Extension, will lead the discussion.
The meeting is open to the public.
