Know Your Dough, a local nonprofit that provides financial wellness programs for youth and young adults, is hosting a program called “the money game” Monday through Friday for seventh graders at Miller Middle School.
Parents and legal guardians are asked to talk to students about what they have learned during the program.
The program is sponsored by Consumers United Association and references Durango School District 9-R Personal Finance Performance Indicators for middle school students, which are included in state-mandated assessments for Colorado.
