Mesa Verde National Park will hold its Winter Festival from 6 to 10 p.m. Jan. 27 to offer visitors a chance to explore Morefield Campground, Meadow Bliss Trail and Cottontail Loop Trail in the moonlight.
The event will include night-sky viewing and complementary hot chocolate at Morefield Campground, located 4 miles past the park entrance.
Participants are encouraged to bring snowshoes. A limited number will be available for use during the event.
Parking is available in the Morefield Village parking lot.
