San Juan Basin Public Health recently hired four new staff members, including Natalie Mitchell, Alli Gilliam, Laura Warner and Julia Sewell:
Natalie Mitchell was hired as a care coordinator and case manager and will work with the care coordination program and the options for long term care program. She has an undergraduate degree in exercise science from Fort Lewis College and is fluent in Spanish.
Alli Gilliam was hired as the administrative assistant and case manager of the options for long term care program. She has an undergraduate degree in sociology and is a certified nurse-assistant, with experience in client care and patient advocacy.
Laura Warner was hired as the director of health promotion services. She was a former primary-care physician, was trained in internal medicine and geriatric medicine, has a master’s degree in public health, and has experience in community health with a focus on vulnerable populations.
Julia Sewell was hired as family healthcare coordinator. She has an undergraduate degree in public health from Fort Lewis College and experience in patient care with Indian Health Services.
