Talks at Seventh Day Adventist Church to address archaeology, the Bible

The Seventh Day Adventist Church will host a seminar series about archaeology and the Bible.

David Merling, a retired archaeology professor from Andrews University, will present “The Search for Noah’s Ark” at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, and again at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at the church, 1775 Florida Road. At 4 p.m. Saturday, he will give a presentation called “The Book of Daniel and the Dead Sea Scrolls.”

Merling participated in multiple on-site archaeology digs in the Middle East.

The public is invited to discover how history and science support the words of the Bible.
