Durango High School will host the CHSAA Skiing State Championships from Wednesday to Friday. Events will take place at Chapman Hill, Purgatory Resort, Durango Nordic Center and Fort Lewis College.
Beginning at 4 p.m. Wednesday, registration and coaches meetings will be held at the DHS library. Opening ceremonies will take place at 7 p.m. at Chapman Hill.
On Thursday, events will begin at 9 a.m. at Purgatory and continue at 2:30 p.m. at the Nordic Center.
Friday’s events will begin at 9 a.m. at Purgatory and continue at 3 p.m. at the Nordic Center. A dinner and awards banquet will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the FLC Student Union Ballroom.
