The Southwest Colorado Genealogical Society will hold its next meeting at 10:30 a.m. July 8 at the Animas Museum, 3065 West Second Ave.
After a brief business meeting, Carole Gomez will give a presentation, “Virginia Records: Colonial to Civil War,” and the society will hold a summer social with a salad bar potluck for members and guests. Greens, dressings, rolls and cold drinks will be provided, and attendees can bring desserts or salad toppings.
