The Durango Friends of the Arts’ Barbecue and Barn Party held June 29 at the Mays’ in Destination Ranch was fun and profitable for DFA’s Grant Fund.
Appreciation goes out to Debra and Jeff May and Carol and Larry House for hosting this event. Many thanks, too, to The Wabi Sabi Band that entertained the crowd and our own DFA hip percussionist, Patricia “Peeb” Lupia.
Appreciation to all the attendees who enjoyed dancing the evening away and hay rides. And DFA enjoyed the generous addition to their Grant Fund to aid and encourage the arts in our area.
