The Colorado Department of Transportation is replacing traffic lights on Main Avenue at 17th, 22nd and 32nd streets. Bo Camp with Triple A Drilling lowers a core barrel used for drilling through rock as Kelton Willbanks guides it into place Tuesday at the intersection of Main Avenue and 32nd Street. The new foundations for the traffic light poles are19 feet deep.
