The following is the city of Durango’s Veterans Day closings for Monday:
City Administrative Offices will be closed Monday. This includes City Hall, River City Hall, Police station and substation, Transit Center, Greenmount Cemetery and Parks and Recreation administrative offices.
The Recreation Center, Chapman Hill and Durango Gymnastics will operate during regular hours.
The Durango–La Plata County Airport administrative offices will be closed. The airport will operate normally, with commercial flights arriving and departing as scheduled.
Durango Public Library and all library branches will be closed.
Commercial and residential trash and recycling pickup will occur as scheduled. The Recycle Center will be closed.
Durango Transit will operate. The Transit Center and Transit Center Customer Service window will be closed.
Parking at meters will be free downtown on Monday.
