The Four Corners Office for Resource Efficiency recently announced the launch of two energy-efficiency programs for local residents: The CARE program and the return of the Energy Smart Colorado program.
From a partnership between Energy Outreach Colorado and La Plata Electric Association, CARE provides free energy audits and upgrades for qualified residents.
Energy Smart Colorado provides access to audits and information about upgrades, rebates, financing options and local contractors.
