Weston Medlock moved to Durango in early 2019, coming from Boone, North Carolina. Medlock is excited to apply his degree in sustainable development and nonprofit experience at 4Core.
As program manager for Energy Smart Colorado, Medlock brings his experience in solar sales that translates to a well-rounded understanding of energy efficiency and how to transition to renewable energy. He’s passionate about community organizing and promoting the principles of sustainability by serving on the board of Durango Natural Foods and the Sustainability Alliance of Southwest Colorado.
When he’s not trying to save the world, Medlock can be found giving rainbow trout free lip piercings and exploring local climbing crags.
Molly Morris is a third generation Coloradan, but new to Durango this year. Prior to moving to Durango, she worked for the utility company in Colorado Springs in water conservation and also helped customers understand residential energy efficiency measures.
Morris is excited to join the 4Core team as CARE Program Manager and help the Four Corners region become more energy efficient, one home at a time. Morris enjoys hiking, paddle boarding and exploring in the San Juans right out her back door with her husband and two dogs.
