Superintendent Dan Snowberger and school board vice chair Nancy Stubbs will discuss the District 9-R funding crisis and the 3A mill levy ballot measure at the Rotary Club of Durango’s dinner meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Pullman Room of the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
The pair will also explain recent cutbacks in state funding and outline how the $1.7 million in additional property tax revenue will be used if the 3A ballot measure passes.
