In a beautiful downtown public park such as Buckley park, why are the three portable toilets there always locked? I get the homeless issues in town, but couldn’t these toilets be open during the day for people who a there to enjoy the park? Shouldn’t a downtown park have a bathroom for the people? Where is one to go?
