Amanda St. Pierre of Absolute Physical Therapy and Wellness recently attended the course seminar series “When The Feet Hit The Ground ... Running,” in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The series covered advanced topics in walking and running biomechanics; common injuries; lower body/foot/ankle pathology; leg length discrepancies, pelvic asymmetries and SIJ dysfunction; footwear; orthotic fabrication; and complex video gait analysis. Pierre is excited to further progress her specialized skills to serve the walkers, hikers and runners of Durango.
