Absolute Physical Therapy and Wellness has welcomed physical therapist Liz Ashworth its team.
Ashworth earned her doctorate of physical therapy from Eastern Washington University and has four years of professional experience in the field. Drawing on a diverse athletic background, outpatient orthopedics was the logical fit. She is passionate about getting people back to doing the things they love. She has spent several years working with adaptive sports organizations and has helped make outdoor recreation accessible to individuals of all ability levels.
As a Fort Lewis College graduate, Ashworth is delighted to be back in the La Plata Mountains. She enjoys local trails and waters by bike, foot or paddle board.
