Fort Lewis College will hold a fundraiser in memory of Bonnie Albright from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ska Brewing Co., 225 Girard St.
Albright, a single mother of two, graduated from Fort Lewis College in 2015 with an education degree, and was killed in a vehicle crash a year later in Puerto Penasco, Mexico.
A $20 donation is requested at the door, and additional donations are encouraged.
Proceeds from the Bonnie J. Albright Memorial Fundraiser will go to a scholarship established in her honor, which supplies funding for single parents pursuing an education degree at Fort Lewis College.
