The Durango Dharma Center will host a daylong retreat with Furyu Nancy Schroeder from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sept. 24 at 1800 East Third Ave., Suite 109.
Based on the theme “finding heart,” Fu will explain famous pilgrimage stories and participants will practice silent sitting meditation and Zen walking meditation. There will be time for discussion and questions at the end of the retreat.
