Alpine Bank has promoted Trent Andrews and Ryan Lee to serve as assistant vice presidents of the Durango branch. The two came up through the bank’s officer trainee program.
Andrews, a Durango native, started with Alpine Bank in 2019 as a customer service representative. He went on to apply and was accepted into Alpine’s officer trainee program, which he completed in 2021 and became a lending officer for the bank. In his new role, he will continue to assist customers in real estate lending, but also work closely with the operations team at the Durango branch.
Lee joined Alpine Bank in 2022 as part of the officer trainee program in Durango. After completing the yearlong program, he served as a banking officer until his promotion this summer. The Fort Lewis College graduate will continue to assist customers in Durango as a lender and serve the bank branch through business development and employee management.
