Anytime someone wants to pass a really bad law, they bribe the voters saying that a small part of the income stream will go to the poor, children, aged or schools. You will note that the larger part of the income stream goes into someone else’s pocket. Not yours!

What Colorado does not need is more casinos to sap money from the poor and then ship it out of state. And, when the poor become poorer at the casinos, we will be asked to raise our taxes.
