Congratulations to the Republican Party for the progress you’ve made.
Just a little over 25 years ago, Republicans’ collective heads were exploding because they believed then-President Bill Clinton had received oral sex in the White House. Now, because of President Trump, they are on the verge of legitimizing rape. Trump has already forced Republicans to legitimize murder, kidnapping, extortion, bribery, theft and fraud – do you really believe they will draw the line at rape? I don’t think so.
I also must thank Republicans for the changes they have made to Christianity. Changing the Golden Rule from “do unto others as you would have done unto yourself” to “we’re doing unto you, get used to it” was absolutely necessary. Converting the former Ten Commandments into the Ten Requirements is a move of sheer brilliance. I can see how, with these two massive changes, Republicans are feeling so much better about themselves.
If America is ever to be taken seriously again, we must first extinguish the raging Trumpster fire that has engulfed our country.
