25 years ago: A man reported to police that his brother was drunk and needed to be removed from his apartment in the 500 block of East Seventh Avenue. Police determined that the two brothers were roommates and, before the police arrived at the apartment, the mother of the two brothers called to request that the first brother be removed from the property because he was also drunk.
