50 years ago: Two teenage boys were harassing and throwing rocks at a 10-year-old girl at 22nd Street and West Third Avenue. They apologized and promised to stop after Durango Police arrived.
25 years ago: Among the letters to the editor, a resident of the Rafter J subdivision suggested the Sheriff’s Office post an officer at the intersection of Spring Road and County Road 142, and claimed they could cite at least 20 drivers per day for speeding.
