50 years ago: “A judgement asking for $9,722.05 has been filed in La Plata County District Court by Glenn Wood against the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad. Wood alleges that one of the railroad’s freight trains struck the three-quarter ton pickup truck he was driving at the Bondad crossing. ”
