Seabourn, of Wallace Furniture, says that oak and ash are the woods most shown and almost every group of furniture displayed a Spanish influence in the design.”
25 years ago: “U.S. Rep. Ben Campbell, D-Ignacio, celebrated National Skiing Day on the slopes at Purgatory Ski Area with a group of eighth-graders from Southwestern Colorado. ‘My district is a skier’s mecca,’ said Campbell, who represents the Western Slope.”
