100 years ago: The club road that led to Electra “lakes” was promised to be in good condition.

50 years ago: Pagosa Springs resident Eloy Lisandro Martinez “was loser” in a game of Russian roulette. It was confirmed by Archuleta County Coroner Ben Lynch that Martinez died from a self-inflicted bullet to the head from a .22 caliber pistol.

25 years ago: People were spitting and throwing objects at pedestrians from the roof of a building at 1021 Main Ave.
