50 years ago: Stockholders of San Juan Development Co. authorized a loan to construct a ski jump that compared “favorably with the well-known one at Steamboat Springs.”
25 years ago: An old man with glasses, gray hair and tan pants was reported as “a pervert” in Animas City Park.
