The Animas High School Parent Advisory Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Smiley Café, 1309 East Third Ave. To learn more, visit www.animashighschool.com/parent-advisory-committee.An Osprey parent talk will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the Animas High School Commons about the school’s results from the 2015 Healthy Kids Colorado Survey, including a discussion with strategies for talking to teens about substance abuse and other high risk behaviors.The discussion will be led by AHS counselor Arava Geva, Spanish teacher Susy Raleigh and Lauren Patterson from Celebrating Healthy Communities Coalition.
