Animas High School ninth-grade students invite the community to their Identity Mask Project Exhibition of Learning from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.
Students in Stephen Sellers and Jessica McCallum’s humanities classes have studied the forces of socialization and liberation and will present handcrafted masks and reflective writing, which analyze how personal identities have been shaped through socializing forces and personal choices.
All are welcome.
