Animas Museum will host a presentation about the Durango Brick Yard founder, Thomas Guthrie Pierce, by his grandson, Danny Pierce at 1 p.m. April 30.
Pierce worked his way west to Durango, where he started and managed the Durango Brick Yard, which provided bricks for some of the iconic Durango buildings still standing.
