Animas Valley Grange to host presentation

A talk about Russian olive removal and restoration of the Animas River watershed will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Animas Valley Grange, 7271 County Road 203.

Amanda Kuenzi, community science director for the Mountain Studies Institute, will talk about a grant-funded project that would remove Russian olive trees from the Baker’s Bridge area to the New Mexico state line.
