Darrin Parmenter will host a presentation about container gardening at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Animas Valley Grange, 7271 County Road 203.
Parmenter is the director of La Plata County Extension. He will explain what materials are needed to grow vegetables, herbs and flowers in containers.
The talk is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
