Kate Husted, clinical herbalist, will present a talk about “Food Is Medicine: Why I’ve Stopped Recommending Elimination Diets” at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Animas Valley Grange, 7271 County Road 203.
Husted will discuss how her herbalism has changed around food and how she now works with clients to heal their relationships with food and their bodies instead.
The talk is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
